Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules for large-scale software programs
- Collaborate with technical teams, QA/testing teams, and program managers to gather scheduling inputs
- Translate software development activities into structured timelines and milestones
- Identify and manage task dependencies, critical paths, and risks
- Ensure schedules align with program objectives and delivery timelines
- Analyze schedule performance and provide forecasting insights
- Support schedule reviews, reporting, and stakeholder updates
- Apply scheduling best practices aligned with GAO Schedule Assessment Guide
- Continuously improve scheduling processes and methodologies
- 4 years of experience in project scheduling or program scheduling
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Project Server or
- Primavera P6
- Familiarity with GAO Schedule Assessment Guide principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts
- Experience working on federal or government programs
