Job Title: Junior Program Scheduler / Program Scheduler

Job Description
ORCAS is seeking a Program Scheduler who can support major, high-visibility programs with a strong focus on schedule accuracy, alignment, and data integrity. This role will support program-level scheduling efforts across multiple workstreams and dashboards, ensuring consistency and quality across complex, fast-moving initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, precise, and observant, with experience working across multiple scheduling tools and platforms. This role also offers the opportunity to help build and standardize scheduling best practices across projects, sites, and contractors.
Role Responsibilities
- Support program-level scheduling across multiple initiatives and stakeholders
- Perform quality control of schedule data and milestone dates across various dashboards and systems (Smartsheet, SharePoint, MS Online, etc.)
- Ensure alignment of schedules across workstreams and maintain consistency of program data
- Develop and optimize automated workflows, particularly within Smartsheet, to improve efficiency of QC processes
- Assist in standardizing scheduling best practices across projects, sites, and contractors
- Support the development and implementation of streamlined scheduling workflows
- Create and maintain program-level schedule visuals using Office Timeline Pro or similar tools
- Perform schedule analysis and support reporting efforts using tools such as Power BI
- Facilitate coordination across teams to ensure schedule accuracy and timely updates
- Support local capital projects for candidates located near preferred sites
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in program scheduling and/or construction scheduling
- Strong experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling tools
- Experience with Smartsheet, including dashboard management and workflow automation, preferred
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Online, and other collaboration tools
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams
- Life sciences or pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not required
Education & Experience
- Experience on large-scale semiconductor projects strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related technical field.
- PMI or AACE certification is a plus.
