Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Change Governance & Project Management Analyst to support enterprise-level change management activities, governance forums, and documentation processes. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort presenting to large audiences.
The ideal candidate will support ongoing Enterprise Change Management (ECM) initiatives, maintain documentation for governance forums, and collaborate with controls, technology, and risk partners to ensure adherence to governance standards.
Responsibilities:
Gather, refine, maintain, and archive documentation related to change governance forums.
Manage Enterprise Change Management (ECM) initiatives and change events within The Registry platform.
Attend governance forums; may be required to present to large audiences on change activities and updates.
Capture and distribute clear and concise meeting minutes from governance meetings.
Coordinate with controls teams to support issues management and reporting.
Ensure process and documentation alignment with SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) requirements.
Support Business Process Improvement and Continuous Process Improvement efforts.
Contribute to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track, manage, and communicate progress on change events.
Qualifications:

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically:
SharePoint (document management, permissions, workspace maintenance)
PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
Experience coordinating or participating in governance meetings or forums.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Familiarity with technology processes and documentation, including SDLC.
Highly detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with diverse partners.
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and large stakeholder groups.
Strong follow-through and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Experience with Jira (tracking stories, tasks, risks, or initiatives). (preferred)
Knowledge or experience in Risk Governance or Risk & Controls organizations. (preferred)
Prior experience supporting Governance, Risk & Compliance functions. (preferred)
Experience with enterprise change management platforms (e.g., The Registry). (preferred)
