Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lockbox Processing Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you will process incoming payments and mail transactions with a high degree of accuracy while meeting strict production and service level deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well both independently and collaboratively, and maintains exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Process lockbox transactions and payment-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
Perform high-volume 10-key data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.
Sort, open, and prepare incoming mail for processing.
Verify information and identify discrepancies for resolution.
Meet established productivity, quality, and processing deadlines.
Follow operational procedures and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily workloads.
Maintain organized work areas and processing records.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
High school diploma or GED.
2 years of lockbox processing experience.
Experience with high-volume 10-key data entry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Mail processing experience. (preferred)
Experience operating a Falcon RED system. (preferred)
Accounting or bookkeeping experience. (preferred)
Previous payment processing or transaction operations experience.
Financial services experience is helpful but not required.
