Cleaning Professional

As a Landing Cleaning Host, you play a crucial role in ensuring every member enjoys a clean, comfortable, and hotel-quality experience when they arrive at their new home. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards, completing turnovers between stays, and communicating proactively with the Landing team to keep units guest-ready at all times.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full apartment turnovers, including cleaning, sanitizing, restocking essentials, and prepping units for guest arrivals.
• Complete mid-stay cleans or special clean requests as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or low inventory to the Landing team quickly.
• Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule and meet same-day or next-day deadlines.
• Ensure linens are swapped, washed, or returned per Landing standards (process varies by market).
• Follow Landing’s cleaning checklists and quality guidelines for every unit.
• Communicate through Landing’s app or chat channels for support, questions, or requests for additional time.
• Keep storage areas organized and ensure cleaning supplies and linens are inventoried and restocked as needed.
