Position Overview
We're seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a true go-getter — organized, self-motivated, and ready to tackle each day with a positive attitude.
You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a small team, open to learning our systems and standards, and adaptable to a schedule that can change day to day.
This position will start as a 1099 independent contractor role, with the opportunity to transition to a W-2 employee position as our company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality cleaning services for residential homes, vacation rentals, and commercial spaces
- Follow company checklists and client-specific cleaning standards
- Pay close attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Restock supplies and report maintenance or inventory needs
- Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Represent our company with a positive, respectful attitude
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential and/or vacation rental cleaning (required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Nassau County
- Weekend availability
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable with last-minute schedule changes
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- References preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
