About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to help with short-term rental turnovers (Airbnb/VRBO style). This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in making spaces spotless and guest-ready, and who wants the opportunity to grow into a full-time position and take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and reset short-term rental properties between guest stays
- Make beds, change linens, and restock toiletries and supplies
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum all rooms
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure properties meet our quality standards
- Report damages, missing items, and maintenance issues promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with time-sensitive turnovers
- Able to follow checklists and instructions consistently
- Weekend availability preferred
- Previous cleaning, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
