*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Independent Contractor Cleaners (1099) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent cleaning skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure clients' homes are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
This position is part time as as-needed basis with the potential to turn into full time
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a cleaner for Airbnb, Short term rental, VRBO, Hotel
- AirBNB Experience a PLUS
- Must bring own supplies and equipment
- ECO-Friendly Supplies and practice
- Must pass a background check.
- Must adhere to company colors and dress code policy
- Own reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Must use third party software for cleaning jobs and communication
Bilingual speaking is a plus
- This is an independent contractor role, meaning you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, background check and benefits.
Compensation:
Earn 40% per completed job. Cleaners typically earn$22-$32/hr depending on the job type, speed, and experience.
