A leading fintech company with $176 billion in global platform assets is seeking a Talent Acquisition Contractor to join its team. This role will support the hiring process across various departments in a collaborative and engaging environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support senior recruiters to fill roles across various departments; review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates to recommend to hiring managers.
- Contribute to a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings and sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidates through various stages in the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate data.
- Assist with ongoing projects that support the overall mission of the HR team, including diversity, candidate experience, and employee engagement.
- Stay current and informed on industry recruiting trends to discern the skillset of top candidates.
- Provide a white-glove recruiting experience to prospective candidates.
- 2-5 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience to effectively assess a candidate's resume and conducting screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter.
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
