Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive records of personal investments, including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and real estate.
- Track capital commitments, distributions, and performance metrics across investments.
- Coordinate and review annual K-1s and partnership statements.
- Manage relationships with wealth managers, brokers, and custodians.
- Support due diligence and financial analysis on new investment opportunities.
- Manage bookkeeping for personal real estate holdings and process property-related expenses.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external tax advisors and support annual tax planning and compliance.
- Oversee the structure and administration of trusts, LLCs, and other entities.
- Prepare periodic consolidated financial reports and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Provide analytical support in evaluating and structuring new investments.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting, tax, or family office settings.
- Deep understanding of partnership accounting, K-1s, and high-net-worth tax planning.
- Experience with multiple investment types (hedge funds, PE/VC, real estate).
- Strong proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks, or equivalent financial management software.
