Job Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture, performance, and scalability of the firm’s cloud-first environment (M365, Azure, Zoom, and key SaaS platforms).
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure landing zones, virtual networks, and resource governance.
- Manage identity, access, and device policies using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Conditional Access frameworks.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and security/compliance policies.
- Support and maintain Meraki-based networking infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup/restore strategies using Veeam and Cohesity platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineering, business enablement, and security teams for infrastructure automation and incident response.
- Act as a technical partner to development teams for Azure, Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio solutions.
- Maintain and evolve endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and incident response protocols.
- Contribute to Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Implement containerized solutions using Docker and automate tasks using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps.
- 7–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or Cloud Operations roles.
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure DevOps, Entra ID (Azure AD), CoPilot, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
- Strong knowledge of Azure networking, resource governance, automation, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with Zero Trust and cloud security controls in Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Microsoft data platforms (Fabric, Synapse, SQL) and modern CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, YAML scripting, and automation.
- Familiarity with enterprise backup and recovery solutions, specifically Veeam and Cohesity.
- Solid understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps principles including Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Terraform, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, SOC2, ISO 27001).
- Financial services or regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.
