A leading alternative asset manager with approximately $55 billion in assets under management is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its Credit team. The role involves managing loan operations for various public, private, and CLO funds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in borrowings/repayments, waterfalls, and credit facilities compliance reporting for direct lending, broadly syndicated loan, and CLO strategies
- Coordinate with trade settlements team to ensure proper liquidity across portfolios
- Assist in the monthly pricing, valuation, and portfolio management reporting process
- Monitor and maintain accurate live loan attributes across internal/external systems based on data governance policies
- Perform agent bank duties for deals where the firm acts as administrative agent
- Process corporate actions and loan amendments/consents
- Act as liaison between portfolio management, compliance, and accounting teams
- Assist on new business initiatives and any special projects that may arise
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in financial services
- Experience in alternative assets/credit/loan operations
- Knowledge of middle and back-office systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including basic knowledge of macros and pivot tables
