Client Services Treasury Associate

Company Overview:

A leading global investment firm with approximately $500 billion in assets under management is seeking a Client Services Treasury Associate for their Global Treasury team. This role will focus on enhancing the joint operating model between Global Treasury and Client Services across various asset classes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison to investors and internal stakeholders on investor-related treasury matters
• Develop thought leadership and reporting frameworks for treasury operations
• Lead the development and execution of a global client servicing model for treasury operations
• Oversee end-to-end client treasury servicing, including capital calls, distributions, and cash settlement processes
• Establish governance frameworks and escalation protocols with third-party fund administrators and banking partners
• Champion the implementation of treasury management systems and automated reconciliations
• Drive global process realignment initiatives to enhance scalability and control
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; advanced degree a plus
• 4-6 years of experience in treasury management, client servicing, or financial operations within alternative asset management or financial services
• Demonstrated success in leading client-facing treasury or operations teams with a global scope
• Deep understanding of capital flows, cash management, and investor servicing in private equity, credit, and co-investment structures
• Proven track record of driving process transformation and system implementations
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership presence and ability to mentor junior team members
  
  

Compensation: Salary: $110,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
