Workplace Engineer

Company Overview:

A leading financial advisory firm with a legacy as one of the oldest independent investment banks advises on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets solutions. They are seeking a mid-level Workplace Engineer to enhance their end-user computing environment and support workplace infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including user experience and collaboration tools
• Manage and support Zoom and audiovisual technologies for meetings and communications
• Oversee Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments for performance and accessibility
• Implement and maintain device management solutions using Microsoft Intune
• Support automation and productivity enhancements using Copilot Studio
• Act as an escalation point for the Help Desk team, troubleshooting complex issues
• Collaborate with IT support teams to improve processes and service delivery
• Monitor system performance and address issues impacting end-user experience
• Assist in planning and executing workplace technology upgrades and initiatives
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in IT support, workplace engineering, or end-user computing roles
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Zoom and AV systems in a corporate environment
• Familiarity with VDI platforms such as Citrix or VMware Horizon
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Exposure to Copilot Studio or similar automation tools is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  
  

Compensation:

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
