We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong Finance background to support a large-scale Finance transformation program. This role will manage multiple project workstreams across people, process, technology, and real estate, helping deliver the target operating model.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing major change initiatives, developing project plans and business cases, coordinating geographically dispersed teams, managing risks and dependencies, and communicating effectively with senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple project and program workstreams from planning through completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and ensure workstreams remain on schedule and aligned with program objectives.
- Coordinate resources across geographically dispersed teams and functions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
- Provide regular project status reporting to leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, assessments, communication plans, project plans, and other strategic documentation.
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior Finance leadership.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential business impacts.
- Support decision-making, problem-solving, and issue resolution across assigned projects.
- Manage project deliverables and ensure appropriate change-control processes are followed.
- Coordinate activities across Finance, Technology, People, Process, and Real Estate workstreams.
- Ensure project controls, governance, and compliance requirements are maintained.
- Drive projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional Project Management experience.
- Strong Finance/Financial Services background with project management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining project plans.
- Experience with project status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation.
- Experience working with senior-level stakeholders and executives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
