We are hiring a Senior Project Manager – Finance Transformation for our client in Urbandale, IA. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced project management professional with a strong background in transformation, transition, or integration initiatives.

The successful candidate will coordinate multiple workstreams across people, processes, technology, and real estate, ensuring projects are delivered according to established objectives, timelines, and business requirements.

• Coordinate project activities across regions, business functions, and teams.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Track project milestones, implementation activities, and migration schedules.
• Coordinate resources to support successful project transitions and integration.
• Identify project risks, assess business impacts, and escalate concerns to management.
• Develop project business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Support decision-making and facilitate problem-solving.
• Manage project deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Follow established project governance, controls, documentation, and change-management procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with major transformation, transition, or integration initiatives.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to develop project plans, business cases, assessments, and communication documents.
• Strong problem-solving, risk-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
