Terms: Full Time, Seasonal. May 15 – October 15

Pay: $25 to $28 per hour, based on experience plus partial tips

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is expected to support daily dining and beverage operations while leading service staff to ensure exceptional member experiences. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a thorough understanding of service standards, food safety, and California alcohol service regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise daily front-of-house food and beverage operations
• Lead, support, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Ensure service standards, grooming and uniform standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and onboarding
• Monitor service flow and guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with California food safety and responsible alcohol service laws
• Conduct opening, shift, and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with culinary staff and management
• Maintain a professional appearance and model exemplary service behavior
Qualifications
• Minimum age 21
• California Responsible Beverage Service certification required within 60 days of hire
• California Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift minimum 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds)
Candidate Requirements
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
