Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick up trash in common areas
- Curbside green-waste collection for members
- Weed-eating, trimming, raking, and blowing common areas
- Clean drain inlets and drainage ditches
- Pull weeds
- Assist with defensible-space work: bitter brush removal, tree thinning, limbing trees
- Support community members as needed
- Adapt to changing daily tasks based on community needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Golf course maintenance experience (required)
- Chainsaw experience (preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to speak English for safety and coordination
