This role focuses on comprehensive project management, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and delivery across multiple workstreams. Working closely with the Head of Brand & Content, this individual ensures all components of the rebrand remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the master rebrand project plan, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Translate brand strategy into actionable tasks with clear owners and deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, legal, HR, operations, sales, and finance.
- Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional checkpoints.
- Track deliverables, identify blockers, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Partner with IT and digital teams on website, digital asset, and system updates.
- Monitor risks, issues, and interdependencies, escalating impacts as needed.
- Prepare and distribute status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
- Manage project communications and serve as the central contact for scheduling and logistics.
- Support internal rollout activities including training, events, and communication deployment.
- 10 years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects or programs.
- Experience supporting brand, marketing, or creative transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of brand rollout processes across digital, print, events, and internal communications.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management experience.
- Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to drive accountability and manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in life sciences, med tech, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred.
- Experience with multi-geography or multi-business-unit brand rollouts.
- Familiarity with digital brand implementation, including websites or platform transitions.
- Understanding of change management frameworks in a supporting capacity.
$80–$100 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
