The Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination between business, technology, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across commercial, operations, technology, and external vendors.
- Track project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing clear status updates and escalating risks or decisions when appropriate.
- Ensure projects align with commercial objectives, regulatory considerations, and organizational priorities.
- Support budget tracking, resource planning, and documentation in accordance with project standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.
- Experience as a Project Manager supporting commercial or business-facing initiatives.
- Exposure to life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong project planning, organizational, and risk management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field preferred.
