Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and mop floors
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms and information
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Basic understanding of English or the local language
