Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain an inviting breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and well-presented
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
• Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks, including replenishing supplies and setting up stations
• Ensure proper manual handling of food items and equipment to maintain safety for yourself and colleagues
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing utensils

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in a food industry setting
