We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and common areas. This position is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our guests, reflecting the high standards of our establishment. A background in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred, along with skills in industrial cleaning and custodial work.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization.
