Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits by reviewing daily financial transactions, updating reports, and balancing accounts accurately.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and conducting routine safety checks.
- Support guest services by providing local information, arranging transportation, and assisting with special requests.
- Document incidents or irregularities thoroughly in shift reports to ensure clear communication for the next team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and excellent phone etiquette.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential.
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
