Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Monitor the hotel’s security systems, conduct safety checks, and ensure the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours.
- Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and update guest accounts accurately.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of guest relations and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to promote a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
