Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience during overnight hours
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous service to callers
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
- Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to maintain safety standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or guest needs efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
- Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and resort operations is advantageous
