- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously while providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records to uphold hotel standards.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach to foster guest satisfaction.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property during overnight shifts.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure transparency and accountability in hotel operations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably including night audit responsibilities.
