CONCRETE FINISHER

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including finishing techniques and the ability to read blueprints. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is committed to delivering high-quality results on various construction projects. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete using various tools and techniques.
• Install rebar and other reinforcement materials as needed.
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate execution of projects.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required on construction sites.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience in concrete finishing, with a strong understanding of construction practices.
• 2-5 YEARS EXPERIENCED REQUIRED
• Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to concrete mixers, forming, and finishing tools.
• Experience in hardscape installation, plastering, masonry, carpentry, and flooring installation is preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform tasks such as metal stud framing and welding is a plus.
• Previous experience in renovation or restoration projects is beneficial.
• Strong skills in using hand tools, caulking, trim carpentry, tile laying, and concrete pumping are desirable. We welcome candidates who are eager to contribute their skills in a collaborative environment while continually developing their expertise in the field of concrete finishing.
