Job Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that strengthen our organization and benefit our members. You will partner with project leads and stakeholders to develop project plans, coordinate resources, track progress, maintain documentation, prepare updates and reports, identify process improvements, and contribute to post-project evaluations. You will also serve as a central point of communication across internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Partner with other team members to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and scopes of work.
- Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and resources across departments and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, manage changes in scope or schedule, and escalate risks or delays when needed.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a point of contact for project-related communication between internal teams, leadership, and external vendors.
- Facilitate project meetings, track decisions, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Prepare updates, status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Documentation & Quality Assurance
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct quality reviews of project deliverables and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Process Improvement & Continuous Learning
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and team collaboration.
- Contribute to post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, or operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
