A Day as a Teller at Kohler Credit Union
Your day begins by welcoming members with a friendly smile and providing excellent service. You'll assist with deposits, withdrawals, and account questions, ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and efficiently. Each interaction is an opportunity to make members feel valued and supported in their financial journey.
Throughout the day, you'll work alongside a dependable, approachable team that values collaboration and mutual support. You'll have a predictable schedule-Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts 8:00 AM - noon-so you can balance work and personal time while growing your skills and confidence in the role.
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Comfortable with basic math and computer systems
- Detail-oriented with a dependable work ethic
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
