What You'll Do
- Assist Members: Provide support across phone, chat, email, and secure messages with professionalism and care.
- Offer Solutions: Understand member needs and suggest products or services that can help them achieve their goals.
- Ensure Accuracy: Handle tasks such as debit card requests, mobile deposit verification, and reporting.
- Contribute to Team Goals: Meet service and referral benchmarks while working collaboratively with your peers.
- Keep Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service or sales background is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow compliance and regulatory requirements
Work Schedule
- Mon-Thurs: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
