What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and recommending services that support their financial goals. You'll connect with members through phone, chat, email, and secure messaging, providing guidance and solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will also include handling tasks such as debit card requests, mobile deposit verification, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction. Teamwork is a key part of this role-you'll collaborate with colleagues to meet service goals and celebrate achievements together. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow compliance and regulatory requirements
Work Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
