What You Bring To The Role
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate training facilitation or educational instruction
- Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience with LXPs, LMSs, or other e-learning platforms preferred
- ATD certifications are a plus
