- Hourly Wage: $23–$25 per hour
- Overtime Wage: $34.50–$37.50 per hour

About You
- You genuinely enjoy working with children and bring creativity, energy, and patience to your work.
- You’re comfortable engaging in play, reading, arts and crafts, and other fun learning activities.
- You communicate clearly with parents and teammates.
- You’re available at least 3 days per week between 7am–7pm.
- You have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- You can assist with elementary homework (up to 5th grade).
- You have at least 1 year of childcare experience with infants and older children.
- You can provide 3 references (2 related to childcare and 1 character reference).
- You’re at least 18 years old and reliable. Families can depend on you.

Job Requirements
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 35 pounds safely
- Active participation with children indoors and outdoors
- Comfort with frequent movement (bending, squatting, reaching, etc.)
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in urgent situations
