Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: $18–$20 per hour
• Overtime Wage: $27–$30 per hour

About You

• You genuinely enjoy working with children and can create engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• You communicate clearly with parents and coworkers.
• You are available at least three days per week between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• You have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• You can assist with homework (up to 5th-grade Math and English).
• You have at least 1 year of hands-on childcare experience with infants and older children.
• You can provide 3 references (2 childcare-related, 1 character).
• You are at least 18 years old.
• Reliability and professionalism are important to you.

Certifications Required

• First Aid and CPR
• High School Diploma or GED

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Active, child-centered work environment with activity cleanup
• Outdoor play as weather permits
• Regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing
• Ability to lift 35 pounds safely
• Ability to move from floor to standing multiple times daily
• Ability to respond quickly and safely to children’s needs and emergent situations
