Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: $18–$20 per hour
- Overtime Wage: $27–$30 per hour

About You
- You genuinely enjoy working with children and can create engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- You communicate clearly with parents and coworkers.
- You are available at least three days per week between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- You have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- You can assist with homework (up to 5th-grade Math and English).
- You have at least 1 year of hands-on childcare experience with infants and older children.
- You can provide 3 references (2 childcare-related, 1 character).
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Reliability and professionalism are important to you.

Certifications Required
- First Aid and CPR
- High School Diploma or GED
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Active, child-centered work environment with activity cleanup
- Outdoor play as weather permits
- Regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing
- Ability to lift 35 pounds safely
- Ability to move from floor to standing multiple times daily
- Ability to respond quickly and safely to children’s needs and emergent situations
