Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: $23–$25 per hour
• Overtime Wage: $34.50–$37.50 per hour

Overview
We are seeking dependable, engaging, child-focused caregivers to join our on-call nanny team. If you have experience as a nanny, babysitter, daycare assistant, teacher, camp counselor, or similar childcare background, we encourage you to apply. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating positive experiences for children and supporting families with reliable care.

What We Look For

• Genuine enjoyment of working with children
• Ability to engage children through play, reading, crafts, and age-appropriate activities
• Strong communication skills with parents and staff
• Availability at least three days per week between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Ability to assist with homework (up to 5th-grade Math and English)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on childcare experience (infants and up)
• Three references (two childcare-related, one character)
• Age 18 or older
• Consistent reliability

Required Certifications

• First Aid and CPR (may be employer-sponsored)
• High School Diploma or GED

Working Conditions

• Active, child-centered environment, including clean-up of activities
• Outdoor play when permitted
• Regular lifting, bending, squatting, and reaching
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds safely
• Must be able to move from floor to standing positions repeatedly
• Ability to respond quickly and safely to emergent situations

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
