- Overtime Wage: $34.50–$37.50 per hour
Position Overview
Are you a natural with children? Whether you have experience as a nanny, babysitter, daycare provider, teacher, or simply love caring for infants and young children, we welcome you to join our on-call childcare team. This role is focused on meaningful interactions, dependable support for families, and high-quality care.

About You
- You genuinely enjoy working with infants and children
- You are engaging, creative, and child-focused
- You communicate clearly with parents and team members
- You can work at least three days per week between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- You have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- You can assist with homework up to 5th-grade level
- You have at least 1 year of hands-on childcare experience with infants and older children
- You can provide 3 references (2 childcare-related and 1 character reference)
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are dependable and take reliability seriously

Required Certifications
- First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- High School Diploma or GED
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Active, child-focused environment with activity cleanup
- Outdoor play as weather allows
- Regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing
- Ability to safely lift 35 pounds
- Ability to move from floor to standing multiple times per day
- Ability to react quickly and calmly in urgent situations
