Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical roles across multiple skill levels
• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including direct sourcing, referrals, and professional networks
• Research talent markets to understand skill availability, hiring trends, and competitive benchmarks
• Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pools within applicant tracking systems
• Conduct outreach to active and passive candidates through online platforms and networking channels
• Develop and deliver targeted messaging to engage technical professionals
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and overall fit prior to advancing in the hiring process
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to support interview coordination and feedback collection
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, sourcing challenges, and market insights
• Track sourcing activity and results to support reporting and process improvement
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on hiring needs and performance data
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives as needed
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• General understanding of common technology roles and skill sets
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and use of recruiting platforms and job boards
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Experience with recruitment metrics or reporting preferred
• Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies a plus
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
