The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and HR Generalists to align candidate pipelines with departmental needs while handling 20 active postings and 30 open requisitions for diverse positions. Success in this position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems. The specialist must be able to multitask, reprioritize based on business urgency, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining compliance with employment laws and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Skills And Requirements
High School diploma or GED and six (6) years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources-related experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of Talent Acquisition /Human Resources-related experience
- Employment law principles as they apply to recruiting/hiring practices
- Ability to pivot and support thirty (30) multi-discipline vacancies, and engage with varying hiring managers and HR staff members
- Knowledge of common recruitment processes, procedures, and sourcing techniques
- Candidate needs to be highly organized and attentive to details
- Proficient with technology, business and applicant tracking systems
- Must be able to multi-task, reprioritize based on urgency of business needs and work well in a deadline driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
