About The Role

We are seeking a driven and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full cycle recruiting efforts across the organization while supporting broader People & Culture initiatives as needed. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent nationwide, partnering closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to build effective, strategic hiring processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to develop compelling job descriptions and postings
  • Build sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse candidate pools
  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
  • Guide hiring managers through a structured interview and selection processes
  • Manage offer creation, negotiation, and candidate communications
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Strategic Partnership

  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation insights, and recruiting best practices
  • Develop and refine recruiting workflows and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support workforce planning and talent pipelining initiatives
  • Utilize assessment tools (including Predictive Index, if applicable) to support hiring decisions

People & Culture Support

  • Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire experience initiatives
  • Support HR projects, reporting, and compliance efforts as needed
  • Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide general HR support during peak periods or as business needs evolve

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization
  • Experience recruiting on a national basis
  • Experience recruiting sales professionals strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience with Predictive Index (or other behavioral assessment tools) is a plus
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
