About The Role
We are seeking a driven and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full cycle recruiting efforts across the organization while supporting broader People & Culture initiatives as needed. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent nationwide, partnering closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to build effective, strategic hiring processes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer and onboarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to develop compelling job descriptions and postings
- Build sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse candidate pools
- Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
- Guide hiring managers through a structured interview and selection processes
- Manage offer creation, negotiation, and candidate communications
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation insights, and recruiting best practices
- Develop and refine recruiting workflows and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Support workforce planning and talent pipelining initiatives
- Utilize assessment tools (including Predictive Index, if applicable) to support hiring decisions
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire experience initiatives
- Support HR projects, reporting, and compliance efforts as needed
- Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide general HR support during peak periods or as business needs evolve
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization
- Experience recruiting on a national basis
- Experience recruiting sales professionals strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience with Predictive Index (or other behavioral assessment tools) is a plus
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Relationship builder and trusted advisor
- Results-driven and metrics-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
