Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Merrimack, NH. Responsibilities:

• Define and analyze complex client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects
• Perform complex data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions
• Proactively identify problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which may impact the system design
• Defines test scenarios for Systems Acceptance Testing and support Business Acceptance testing activities through test case set-up, data mining, data mocking, and test execution
• Participate in validation and/or testing efforts to ensure results meet the client and/or product offering requirements
• Collaborates on the development, execution, and transition of interim needs
• Performs root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations
• Performs data/client validations and remediations for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects
• Crafts training and reference materials for participant services
• Participates in Procedure Improvement Initiatives
• Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching new associates
  
  

Requirements

• Proven understanding of Fidelity's end-to-end business process life cycle, data process flows, and plan level provisions is desired
• In-depth understanding of core product mechanics, record keeping systems and regulatory environment
• Strong organizational, time management, facilitation, and prioritization skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong technical skills and an ability to apply them in an analytical process
• Demonstrates strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issues
• Ability to develop, follow, and execute documented procedures
• Experience in Agile preferred, but not required
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
