Kforce has a client that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Saint Louis, MO. Duties Include:
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for IT and technology roles at various levels using direct sourcing, Boolean search, social recruiting, referrals, and external talent communities
- Source for a broad range of technical skill sets, including but not limited to software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, DevOps, and technical leadership
- Conduct market mapping to understand skill availability, competitive landscapes, and talent trends to support current and future hiring needs
- Maintain and organize talent pools within applicant tracking and CRM systems to support active and anticipated requisitions
- Initiate outreach to both passive and active technology professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn and other technical or professional communities
- Develop compelling, role-specific outreach messaging aligned to target talent profiles
- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess technical experience, alignment with role requirements, and overall fit prior to recruiter submission
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to share market insights, pipeline health updates, and sourcing recommendations
- Support recruiting operations through interview coordination assistance, data tracking, and candidate communication as needed to ensure smooth process flow
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on performance metrics, feedback, and evolving hiring needs
- Contribute ideas and support initiatives focused on improving candidate engagement and talent attraction within the IT space
- 3 years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced/high volume environment
- Advanced Boolean sourcing tool proficiency (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards)
- Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
