Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their growing analytics team supporting critical operational and clinical decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare data, analytics, and business strategy, with a strong emphasis on translating complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with clear long-term potential for conversion to a full-time role. Duties:

- Senior Analyst will partner closely with business and operational leaders to analyze and interpret healthcare data across the organization
- Design and develop analytics solutions that support network integration, infrastructure planning, and physician network alignment
- Analyze patient flow and capacity planning, including: Evaluating whether the organization has the appropriate number of beds; Tracking patients across the full consumer journey to identify delays or bottlenecks (e.g., transitions to the OR)
- Investigate referral conversion performances
- A seasoned analyst with deep SQL expertise and hands-on healthcare data experience
- While candidates with a data science background will be considered, the client's strong preference is for a Senior Analyst with practical, business-focused analytics experience
- Understands not only how data is structured and governed, but how it directly impacts operational performance, patient flow, and provider network alignment
