Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is seeking a strategic and experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the transformation of our Salesforce ecosystem. Summary: This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing scalable, AI-enabled solutions and driving innovation across Sales, Service, and Data Clouds. You will serve as the technical authority on Salesforce capabilities, platform limitations, and best practices-ensuring architectural integrity and delivering intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities:

You will serve as the technical authority on Salesforce capabilities, platform limitations, and best practices-ensuring architectural integrity and delivering intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy and technical standards
- Lead the re-architecture of existing implementations into scalable, future-ready platforms
- Manage and optimize multi-org environments for seamless integration and data consistency
- Implement Einstein and Agentforce capabilities to enable AI-driven case resolution, predictive analytics, and automated workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and admins on architecture and reusable components
- Stay current on Salesforce innovations and recommend adoption paths for new features
- Oversee platform governance, data modeling, performance optimization, and compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and system design
- Experience managing multi-org environments and complex integrations, especially with AWS
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce development tools
- Hands-on experience with Sales, Service, Data, Experience, and Platform Clouds
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other relevant certifications
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
