- Plant Controller will develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
- Lead the accounting team across AP, AR, payroll, and cost accounting functions
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking to drive operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations; liaise with auditors and tax authorities
- Monitor and optimize cash flow and financing activities
- Partner with department heads to align financial strategies with business goals
- As a Plant Controller, you will maintain and report on financial KPIs and performance metrics
- Continuously improve financial systems and processes
- Support capital investment decisions and long-term financial planning
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- 7 years of proven experience in a Controller role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong command of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in cost accounting and inventory management is a plus
