Your Role And Responsibilites
- Lead all site-level finance and compliance activities, including month-end and year-end close
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the site
- Provide actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
- Identify financial risks and opportunities; drive profitability and cost improvement initiatives
- Oversee cost control, capital expenditures, and adherence to approval guidelines
- Partner closely with operations, shared services, tax, treasury, and global stakeholders
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements
- Serve as Site Compliance Officer
- Lead and develop one direct report (Assistant Controller)
- Champion continuous improvement and process efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 6–10 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years of site-level controlling experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. financial regulations and IFRS
- Solid SAP experience and advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to partner with operations and senior leadership
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong integrity and attention to detail
- Stable, global company with a strong US manufacturing footprint
- High-visibility leadership role at the site level
