Kforce has a Maximo MAS9 Functional Lead in Armonk, NY. Key Tasks:
- Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo across business units
- Translate business requirements into Maximo workflows, asset structures, job plans, and work management processes
- Drive solution design sessions with SMEs, business owners, and technical teams
- Oversee functional deliverables including BRDs, FDDs, configuration specs, and test scenarios
- Partner with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interface validations
- Ensure Maximo configuration aligns with enterprise asset management standards and compliance needs
- Support SIT/UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and readiness assessments
- Guide business stakeholders on Maximo best practices, process optimization, and adoption
- Manage functional issue resolution during cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Provide leadership to functional analysts and coordinate with cross-platform teams like ERP, GIS, Mobile, and Reporting
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
