Kforce has a client seeking a IT Project Manager in Miami, FL. Summary: The primary responsibility of the team is to execute planning of large-scale IT operational fleet projects from inception through hand over to Deployment Team who will execute the deployment. You will be required to coordinate cross-team efforts, manage business and IT expectations, scope definition, scope management and documentation budget validation and procurement, design conversations and sign-off. You will communicate with senior management in the discussion and formal presentation format. The ability to define and drive project schedules, manage vendors, align the project goals with IT strategic technology and process goals is important to this role.

Requirements
- Project Management Methodologies
- MS Projects or similar tools
- Large complex project experience
- Problem solving
- Issue resolution
- Understanding of Enterprise Technologies and their application
- Good communication skills including but not limited to business presentations, and communicating to a large audience.
- HR skills include Team building, performance evaluations, coaching, performance and problem solving
- Able to lead by example within the IT Culture based environment
- PMP preferred but not required
- Previous shipboard experience a plus
