What you will work on:
- Thought-partnering, recapping and sharing direction related to new processes and tools
- Acting as the point of contact to answer daily operations questions
- Escalating issues, troubleshooting and offering ideas/solutions
- Manage a portion of the APLA product line and be the first line of support for your Geo Sport and Territory Merchants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years related work experience
- Experience and comfort in navigating ambiguity
- Possesses analytical skills and experience with quantitative functions
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Relevant experience in a Product, Merchandising, Retail Buying is strongly preferred
- Experience leading projects and evolving processes
- Ability to work both independently and in groups, balancing multiple priorities at once to meet tight deadlines
- Effective at communicating to diverse audiences and skilled at translating and relaying information
- Capable of eliciting connection between functions to enable execution
