This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in and exposure to people management, as you will provide input on behalf of others, maintaining a finger on the pulse of the team.
What you will work on:
You will be working first and foremost with Merchants, as well as various cross-functional partners including but not limited to Pricing, Merch Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain and PIA partners.

What you will work on:
- Thought-partnering, recapping and sharing direction related to new processes and tools
- Acting as the point of contact to answer daily operations questions
- Escalating issues, troubleshooting and offering ideas/solutions
- Manage a portion of the APLA product line and be the first line of support for your Geo Sport and Territory Merchants
You will be working first and foremost with Merchants, as well as various cross-functional partners including but not limited to Pricing, Merch Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain and PIA partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years related work experience
- Experience and comfort in navigating ambiguity
- Possesses analytical skills and experience with quantitative functions
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Relevant experience in a Product, Merchandising, Retail Buying is strongly preferred
- Experience leading projects and evolving processes
- Ability to work both independently and in groups, balancing multiple priorities at once to meet tight deadlines
- Effective at communicating to diverse audiences and skilled at translating and relaying information
- Capable of eliciting connection between functions to enable execution
