Overview
We are supporting a large-scale Epic Community Connect implementation with a go-live scheduled for June 2026. This engagement focuses on Epic build, integration, and post-go-live stabilization, and we're seeking an experienced Epic Behavioral Health Analyst to provide build support, ticket resolution, and workflow optimization.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact project ideal for someone who has supported Epic go-lives and Community Connect initiatives.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Epic ClinDoc / Behavioral Health build and configuration
- Provide go-live support during the deployment window (May 30 - June 15)
- Assist with ticket resolution and system stabilization post go-live
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize workflows
- Ensure solutions align with best practices and long-term scalability
- Contribute to current state analysis to minimize technical debt
- Epic ClinDoc certification with Behavioral Health experience
- Proven experience supporting Epic go-lives and/or Community Connect projects
- Inpatient workflows and clinical documentation
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
- IP Rehab certification
- Experience with workflow optimization and post-go-live support
- Exposure to large-scale Epic integration efforts
- Epic ClinDoc (Behavioral Health)
- Inpatient workflows
- Go-live support & ticket resolution
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Epic implementations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and scalability
- Ability to balance immediate support needs with long-term system health
